Fastener Insertion Machines LEA-50A

Fastener Insertion Machines LEA-50A

The LEA-50A hydraulic press machine is a powerful device equipped with a modern system that ensures the required constant pressure throughout the entire pressing process. It is designed for pressing special fasteners (such as nuts, screws, studs, etc.) into thin sheets, plastics, or circuit boards. The installation of the element is carried out by placing it into the lower tool.

Safety Head

Protects the operator from injury. It stops when it comes into contact with non-conductive materials, such as a hand. The machine also allows for insertion into non-conductive materials, like plastics or foil-coated sheets. In mode two, the machine will stop, but if the foot switch is pressed again within a given time window, it will complete the cycle and press the element.

Modifiable Lower Tool

The LEA-50A insertion machine can be configured with two versions of the lower tool. The standard version accommodates one lower tool, but it can be modified to a turret system that holds four lower tools. This version also comes with a software upgrade, allowing for more advanced settings and the ability to save multiple programs.

Intuitive Control

The touch screen and intuitive control system allow for quick operator training. For the version with turret-mounted lower tools, an enhanced software package is provided. This software allows for setting insertion parameters for each tool individually. It guides the operator through the process with color and numerical identification of the tool on the display. The system is equipped with an insert and finished piece counter, along with an audible signal upon completion of each piece. From the element library, an image can be assigned to each tool, which can be named as desired. Up to 30 different programs can be stored.
