Custom Machining & Fabrication
We provide complete manufacturing of parts, components, and assemblies – from technical drawings and CAD models, through production and surface treatment, to final inspection.
What we cannot cover in-house, we arrange with our verified partners. Our manufacturing capabilities fall into three primary categories:

Machining
Turning, milling, drilling, grinding – CNC and conventional machines. We specialize in small batch machining, but we can also handle medium volumes and arrange production capacity for large series.

Metal Fabrication
MIG/MAG/TIG welding, sheet and profile bending, press braking, plasma and laser cutting, water jet, assembly of press-fit elements and rivet nuts – all under one roof.

Special and Hybrid Components
Prototyping and assembly of components with electromechanical parts or design features. We combine technologies, materials, and expertise – ideal for R&D and unique customer applications.

Why work with us?
- We understand manufacturing from drawing to final inspection – we read technical documentation, work with CAD models, and manage the entire production process including surface treatment and assembly.
- Flexible in both batch sizes and materials – we handle single-piece and small series production, and can quickly adapt technologies based on customer needs. We work with steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and plastics.
- Trusted partners for specialized operations – long-term cooperation with external suppliers for heat treatment, hot-dip galvanizing, and precision machining.
- Direct contact with production – you communicate directly with technical personnel, which speeds up resolution of technical details and minimizes misunderstandings.
- We handle non-standard requests – design and manufacture of custom machines, special fixtures, and unique components where conventional suppliers stop at standard parts.
